- Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus)
Most famous for its ability to help calm and sooth the
digestive tract. Good for sore throats and fever blisters. Highly
effective against cramps.
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) (Leaves)
- Contains rosmaricine, the
derivatives of which possess considerable smooth muscle stimulant
activity (and some analgesic activity). The herb possesses
valuable aromatic essential oils that calm and soothe irritated
nerves and upset stomach, colic and extinguishes strenuous
anxiety. Rosemary is also very high in minerals, such as calcium,
magnesium, phosphorous, sodium and potassium that are required by
nerves and cardiac muscle for proper functioning.
