One shouldn’t take the actions of others to heart as much as one usually does. These actions are simply knee-jerk reaction’s to another situation that had nothing to do with you in the first place. And that person before that one....and so on. We are just the messengers of the ones that came before us. To change this,  simply change the way you react to the action.
